Yesterday, me and Campbell went to the Spa day we booked at the Blythswood Hotel. It was very posh, but absolutely stunning.
The staff were really nice, and just signed us in etc, then showed us where to go, and we just spent the next 3 hours in the Jacuzzi whirlpool thing lol, in the steam room, sauna, tepidarium which feels really cold when you walk in, but the seats are heated and its lovely, and a big gorgeous pool that was the perfect temperature, and had jets that blast out water. Such a great day.
The reason I am writing about the spa day, is to mention how it helped my back a wee bit, but also made me feel calm and relaxed, a feeling that doesn't happen to me much to be honest. It felt good.
Its made me feel bad though, shutting out my friends and my sister, so today I have made an effort to try and explain to them, whats being going on etc. So far, so good.
My relationship, with my partner Campbell, is stronger than ever just now. We are incredibly happy, and in love. We have always had a close relationship, always talking, kissing, cuddling etc. Just now, he is talking more and more about becoming a dad one day, and mentions things like "we can do this when you are pregnant" .... I love when he says things like this. And I love how hes not afraid, like he used to be, at the thought of becoming a dad. Hes becoming more confident, as we look after Ryan (my best friends baby) and he sees that he is able to connect with him, and is actually a natural. He will make a fantastic dad.
Off to read more of my book, which I will recommend to everyone who is about to go though IVF. It clears up so much. Feeling positive and good today. Loving life x
